Xigno.ai is built around a simple principle: an intelligence system you can't trust isn't intelligence — it's a leak. Here's how we hold ourselves to that.
Secure by design
Every personal record — profile, preferences, categories, memory, conversations, saved resources — is isolated by row-level security. Other accounts cannot read or write your data, ever. Authentication uses industry-standard JWT sessions over TLS.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic between you and Xigno is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Stored data sits on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest as the default.
Memory transparency
The Analyst's long-term memory is fully inspectable. Open the AI Memory panel to see exactly what's pinned, muted, the notes it has saved, and the context snapshot used for every answer. Nothing about your reading life is hidden from you.Open AI Memory panel →
You see what the AI sees
Every Analyst answer stores the exact context it was grounded in — persona, categories, recent reads, pinned themes. No opaque "model behavior" — only an audit trail.
Data ownership
You own your data. Xigno never sells it, never trains foundation models on it, and never shares it with third parties for advertising. Your intelligence is for you and (on Team plans) the people you explicitly invite.
Export anytime
Pro and above can export categories, memory and saved resources as JSON or PDF. Your archive travels with you if you ever leave.
Delete anytime
You can wipe memory, conversations or your entire account from your workspace. Deletion is permanent and removes all derived data within 30 days.
Enterprise-grade controls
Enterprise plans add SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom data residency and a dedicated success contact. Available on request.
